Cancellation Policy

To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. The amount will depend on the requested treatment. Deposits range from £10 to a £100.00. When booking online for Lash extensions deposit will automatically be taken and 24 hours cancellation notice will be required . If a cancellation notice is not given a 50% charge will be deducted from the price of your treatment. Please give at least 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our technicians and other clients who are on the cancellation list. Giving notice will help us to re-schedule your treatment to a more convenient time. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Clients who have previously missed 3 or more appointments will politely be asked to pay 50% of their requested treatment. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have had, which has cost our salon hundreds of pounds per month. NEW CLIENTS Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time to allow yourself time to complete our client details form. All personal details taken from clients will be kept secure and held in the utmost confidence. VALUABLES Always ensure that you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. Refund Policy Monthly Memberships are valid for one month. We cannot give refunds on any products sold to due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product we can send back to the manufacturer for review. VIRTUAL PURCHASES Packages (for use of in store salon equipment) and subscriptions are non refundable or transferable. Once purchased they are allocated to the customers account for use and expirations dates beginning immediately. In circumstances the business has to close for refurbishment or relocate for reasons out of our control , an alternative location less than 15 miles will be posted on our social media page to allow you to use any remaining minutes. However we are not liable if a customer does not want to travel to the allocated location. We have no obligation to discuss business decisions or changes to clients or zero hour staff ect relocation or closure of the business. We do not tolerate harassment or threats on our social page or any form of harassment and so forth any sort of threats will be dealt with through the right enforcements.
